If you are very frequently getting mails which includes the powerpoint presentation then you not need to worry as Google has already replaced its flash based PowerPoint viewer with the technology it was using for viewing PDF files. According to Gmail’s blog this version have more rich feature in comparison to Flash based “view as slide-show”. With this new plug-in in use for viewing PowerPoint presentation now it can be easily zoomed, print, copying text or paste or even it can be used to export the presentation as a PDF file.

However, now you are not able to view the presentation as slide-show unlike in the previous version and cannot read the titles to find a slide.

With this feature you can also view tiff attachment, widely used in printing industry and supported by many image manipulation application for scanning, faxing, word processing, optical character recognition etc. Now just try this new feature by finding a mail having  powerpoint presentation or send any such mails to your friend and tell them about this new feature.
