How to Disable Send Error Report Option in Windows XP and Windows Vista

Have you ever faced with a sudden system crash while in the middle of a job and after the restart; you find a polite message saying as:

The system has recovered from a serious error”

Then how did you felt? Had you ever used the send error report button to send the collected log info to Microsoft or wished for a way to disable this feature permanently. If so is the choice then; you know; it is very easy. You only need to follow the steps given below:

Disable Microsoft Error report in Windows XP:
1) Open Control Panel (Start > Control Panel)
2) Open the Problem Reports & Solutions applet Under advanced options and disable error reporting.

Disable Microsoft Error report in Windows Vista:
1) Right click on my computer and click properties
2) Click the Advanced Tab
3) You’ll see a “Error reporting” button at the bottom, click it
4) Select Disable Error Reporting.

With the completion of steps; you will never get this irritating message again.
