Hi, I’ve spent hours trying to install UltraSurf 9.95, and the additional Add-on for Mozilla Firefox. I have downloaded both, but it is IMPOSSIBLE to install the .exe, and also, I don’t know where to drag the add-on in Firefox. I’ve tried on and on to drag it to every possible places in the browser, but it does not open the Install window of Firefox .
I have used different pages to download them both with the same results: The UltraSurf.exe doesn’t open nor run, and the Add-on seems to be empty, although in the download window appears to have 23kb. The icon I got is not a green button, but the BitZipper icon, which is what I use to open compressed archives.
I’m sure you won’t recommend them if it is not possible to install them! So, please HELP! S.O.S. I’m really desperate: it is now 4:52 AM! It is the first time that I’m not able to install archives.
I use Windows Vista, and Mozilla Firefox 3.6
I will really appreciate it if you send me clear instructions, step by step, or even better, if you will be so kind to send me the application and the add-on by e-mail.
I know this may sound a little abussive to you, but I cannot try anymore, and I really would like to have them.
