Have you ever caught in a situation; in a morning there is a thousands of pending spam comments in your WordPress blog. Though you can’t control these spam messages to arrive completely; but deleting out this huge list of spam comments is even more complex if you delete them manually through the my sql database.

But if you know the right way; you can delete spam comments with in seconds.

How? Using a simple plugin called Delete Pending Comments ….

Follow the simple steps :

1. First of all you need to log in to your wordpress account to go to admin area.

2. Now navigate to plugin area and click on add new.

3. Now type in the input box… “Delete Pending comments” exactly without quotes and click on search.

4. As I have already installed this plugin so this is here showing installed but on your screen there will be an option to install now… so go through it.

5. After installation activate it through the plugin section.

6. Once activated click on the comment section; there you will find a new menu added ‘Delete Pending Comments’ click there.

7. This will give you the screen as shown below…

8. Follow the steps …. as given… i.e. type the word exactly written in the input box and click on the delete pending comments…

Remember that this process is non-reversable once these comments deleted can not be recover in any means… and don’t worry about the approved comments they will no be touched.
