New Keyboard Shortcuts added in Windows 7; how to add them in XP or Vista

So far Windows 7 has been a great success; includes a lot of enhancements and added functionality. It has also came with new keyboard shortcuts added mentioned below:

Win+Left/Right arrows: Align the window to each side of the monitor

Win+Up arrow: Maximize the active window

Win+Down arrow: Minimize the window/Restore the window if it’s maximized

Win+Space: All windows are made transparent so you can see the desktop

Win+Home: Minimize all windows but the current window

Well these shortcut has been added only Windows 7 and few of us admired them but what if you are using windows xp and wants that how about if all these we have in Windows XP… if such is the case then with the use of a small application called Windows 7 Shortcuts, which can be used to get the above task done.
